Krumland Auto Group Sponsorship, Donation & Community Support Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: This information must be received by us no later than 30 days prior to the event. Any request received less than 30 days prior to the event will not be considered.
Due to the success and high profile of our business, we literally receive hundreds of requests for sponsorships/donations on a monthly basis. Needless to say, we cannot sponsor/fund every request made to us, therefore we have provided this input form to give you the opportunity to tell us all about your needs. We will not guarantee sponsorship to any one entity, but by providing this information we will better be able to evaluate your needs.
Every line must be filled out entirely, an incomplete request form may not be considered. If a question doesn't pertain to your request, type in 'none' or 'n/a'.
